這件收到的時候,特地問了櫃檯妹妹 客人送洗有說什麼嗎?

當下覺得可能每個人定義不同就是,因為看到第一瞬間有點驚訝
不過還是建議外套不要沒有清洗就收納
不然對布料其實很傷的
這次用了溫柔的方式並降低對布料的損傷
因為面積太大所以就用影片的方式錄製忘記拍照片
也忘記降低移動速度所以有點模糊

不過2026年以後像是這類衣服我們會酌收處理費用
畢竟這已經算是救治衣服

When we received this piece, I specifically asked our front desk staff: "Did the customer say anything when dropping this off?"
She said the customer mentioned the down jacket was "a bit yellow."
At that moment, I thought maybe everyone's definition is different... but I still recommend not storing jackets without cleaning them first—it's really damaging to the fabric.
This time we used a gentle method to minimize fabric damage. Because the affected area was so large, I recorded it as a video instead. I forgot to take photos and also forgot to slow down my movement speed, so it's a bit blurry.

Important note: Starting in 2026, we will charge a processing fee for cases like this, because this is garment rescue work—not just simple cleaning.
