Video Demonstration of Color Transfer Treatment
This video mainly shows everyone one of the methods we use to handle color transfer issues. You can see the color slowly bleeding out into the wash water.
The fabric was originally overall reddish (the customer brought it in after washing and discovering the garment turned red), and then we gradually cleaned it properly.
Of course, this process sometimes requires more than one cycle, so when dry cleaners charge you a processing fee, it's very reasonable. Or if we don't charge an additional processing fee like we sometimes do, a simple thank you would be appreciated—let us continue this virtuous cycle and pass the love forward~
