What the customer was actually concerned about was the yellow stain on the chest. They tried washing it themselves, couldn't remove it, so brought it in for cleaning. This type of stain is a small matter for experienced dry cleaners like us—that's why I spent time explaining the synthetic leather issue instead.
And then we just casually solved it!
