這是一件很愛惜衣服的客人
印象深刻的原因是
客人送洗前電話詢問
然後營業時間送來的時候
有詢問過能否處理
隔兩天因為換季衣服量大
這類救治都會等事情處理到一個段落再操作
客人的男朋友再度過來詢問有沒有辦法清洗
他希望保留LOGO
我問他怎麼會這樣問,是不是有問其他洗衣店說的
他說是
我說他說的也沒錯,因為一般處理染色會用到熱水用煮的
但是我們的做法不一樣,所以不用擔心手袖那邊的電植絨和皮標受損
您可以考慮一下確定再給我們洗沒關係
畢竟對方是五星評價的店,我們四顆星不放心合情合理
最後客人又電話討論後留下來給我們處理
怕客人心理忐忑,隔天處理完後因為剛好禮拜天
禮拜一就趕緊傳訊息給客人告知可以過來取件
也算是難得的小插曲

The Initial Contact:
The customer called ahead to inquire about our services, then brought the jacket in during business hours asking if we could handle the color transfer damage.
The Follow-Up Visit:
Two days later—during our busy seasonal rush when color transfer treatments have to wait until we catch up on regular work—the customer's boyfriend came back to follow up. He specifically asked if we could clean it while preserving the logo.
The Honest Conversation:
I asked him why he was concerned about the logo. Had they consulted another dry cleaner?
He said yes.
I told him: "What they said is correct. Standard color transfer treatment uses boiling hot water, which would damage embellishments. But our method is different—we won't harm the heat-pressed velvet logo or leather labels on the sleeves.
Take your time to think it over. No pressure. After all, they're a 5-star rated shop and we have 4 stars—it's completely reasonable if you're more comfortable with them."
The Decision:
After another phone discussion, the customer decided to trust us with the jacket.
Going the Extra Mile:
Knowing they were anxious about the outcome, I completed the treatment the next day (which happened to be Sunday). First thing Monday morning, I messaged them that it was ready for pickup.
